  • In close collaboration with regional Portfolio Group and local stakeholders (leadership team, commercial, medical, regulatory and legal line functions), ensure a competitive and diverse product pipeline and portfolio for Sandoz Switzerland.
  • Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Work in close collaboration with commercial line functions (marketing & sales) analyses potential portfolio opportunities (new products) and develop business cases for Regional Portfolio Team and the local Leadership Team as needed.
  • Collaborating with commercial, regulatory, legal and finance line function, identify early launch opportunities.
  • Organize monthly Portfolio Meetings with the aim to gain a final decision of Leadership Team on identified portfolio and early launch opportunities
  • Drive final alignment of local portfolio strategy with region
  • Ensure fast and effective transfer of identified and approved portfolio and early launch opportunities to Regulatory Affairs and Launch Management Teams for further execution
  • Management of existing portfolio, including coordination of pruning activities
  • Competitive intelligence, e.g. close tracking of marketing authorizations granted to competitors
  • Support the forecasting cycles

Minimum requirements

  • What you'll bring to the role:
  • PhD in scientific discipline / Pharmacist, with strong analytical skills
  • Initial experience in market analysis and portfolio management needed
  • Strong communication skills paired with the ability to build trustful relationships
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken), French as an additional language is an advantage. Any additional European language is an asset
