Verity is the global leader in autonomous indoor drone systems. Our integrated inventory tracking system enables zero-error warehousing for big box retailers, third-party logistics providers, and manufacturers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior user experience designer (UX/UR) to join our team at Verity. You will be key to bridging complex technical and business problems into intuitive user-facing solutions.

Your role will involve analysis of user behaviors, needs, and motivations, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Verity's system is used by industry leaders around the world, including DSV, Maersk, and IKEA, Sweden's most recognized furniture retailer.

Verity's live events solutions help create stunning effects for top names in the entertainment industry like Drake, Céline Dion, Justin Bieber, Metallica, and Cirque du Soleil.

What you'll do

Bridge the gap between technical and business processes to create intuitive userfacing solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Commercial Team to deepen understanding of user needs.
Lead and coordinate our UX initiatives
Develop and refine prototypes and wireframes using Figma.
Propose and implement enhancements to current interfaces based on research insights.
Work seamlessly within an agile development team, effectively communicating with developers.

What you bring

Confidence in advocating for your ideas and a strong belief in your design decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a team environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the UX field.
Formal training in UX design or equivalent professional experience.
Proven abilities in conducting thorough user research.
An eye for design, with experience in simplifying complex systems into userfriendly flows.
A history of working on largescale projects, demonstrating your ability to break down intricate systems into easily understandable user experiences.
