Swisslinx is looking for a motivated Program Manager with business know-how in the financial field and an affinity for IT solutions for an established company in the area of investment solutions based in Zurich to join their digital investment journey.

This position is a permanent opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

Program management for digital initiatives within the wealth/investment management scope including planning, monitoring and reporting
Manage and drive the implementation of digital projects to ensure a smooth implementation of a digital wealth management platform in close collaboration with the Chief Digital Officer and the Chief Operating Officer
Working closely with an international IT team to ensure successful execution on technical project work
Process and solution design understanding of business plans and goals in order to design processes and solutions
Business Analysis translating operational requirements into IT requirements and working with management and IT to prioritize and execute deliverables
Represent the company from an operations and technology perspective within the group and visàvis potential clients

Your profile:

710 year's practical experience as a Program Manager/Business Analyst working in the banking and finance sector
Familiarity with financial terminologies such as Asset Management, Private Equity, Wealth & Investment Management, etc.
IT affinity liaising between IT and business
Handson experience in digital project management in a globally dispersed work environment
Selfdriven attitude willing to take on the full ownership for the project and work independently
Solutionoriented personality with a strong interest in financial markets and willingness to travel sporadically
Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
