Join our client in the Chur region for a permanent career opportunity as a GMP Product Lifecycle Manager (Biology) - 100% (M/F/d).


Responsibilities
Manage the product life cycle, optimizing portfolio performance and overseeing processes across the entire product line until market launch.


Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to formulate business strategies for the production line and stay vigilant for emerging market opportunities.

Develop a comprehensive product development roadmap, coordinating with internal teams to create product documentation and generate content.

  • Actively engage in business conferences and orchestrate product training sessions across the organization.

Your Profile


Hold a PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or an equivalent engineering degree, along with relevant experience in Cell Biology/Biotechnology.

Boast a solid background in Product Management within the Life Sciences field or related areas.
Demonstrate proven expertise in GxP environments.
Be open to occasional travel.

Possess strong organizational and analytical skills, leadership capabilities, proficient time management, a collaborative team spirit, and the ability to work autonomously.


  • Have native proficiency in German or C1/C2 level, along with a solid command of English at a business level.
