What you will do
Support in shaping and executing Zurich's global social media strategy
Daytoday management of key customerfacing platforms like, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X and Threads
Support and execution of key campaigns
Managing editorial process and planning of content calendar
Creating reports and building insights for key activities
Social Media governance support

What you bring

Interest in Digital, Brand and Social Media Marketing
Enrolment in a University / Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship is mandatory
Expected education EG. Student, ideally nearing completion of a Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Comms or similar
Social Media Savvy, an avid social media user
Culturally aware and has a fingeronthepulse of the cultural zeitgeist
Basic reporting and analytical skills
Responsible, detailoriented and ability to work on multiple tasks
Strong oral & written communication skills
Proficient in MS office (Word, PPT, Excel)
Fluent in English with an additional language a plus
You must be located in Switzerland
