Hikma-Solutions is searching for one of its clients a "Legal & Compliance counsel 100% (f/m)".
To execute various legal and compliance tasks within the Group Corporate Services Team:


Your responsibilities:


  • Offer businessoriented legal advice on a wide range of legal issues, functioning as a general lawyer (commercial, regulatory, compliance, corporate matters, etc.).
  • Coordinate and evaluate all aspects of due diligence files, collaborating with relevant Company functional teams and customers.
  • Assume responsibility for creating files, analyzing, maintaining an inventory of information requests, and addressing initial risks identified during the due diligence process to the legal department.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts related to Metalor activities, providing support in business negotiations.

You may also be asked to:

  • Follow up and maintain communication with agents for trademarks and patents.
  • Manage communication with individuals in each entity to organize Directors' signatures on legal documents.
  • Stay in contact with notaries and the commercial register for legal updates, as well as other organizations (FINMA, ASFCMP).
  • Analyze and monitor legal developments.

Desired Profile:


Your competencies:


  • Degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst or Legal Counsel; experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen, legal judgment, and commercial attitude.
  • Analytical approach to identifying and practical approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the organization at both corporate and subsidiary levels.
  • Dynamic and proactive personality, quick learner, and adept at adapting to changing requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Resilient in handling stressful situations.
  • Fluent in French and English (Spanish is not required but is considered an asset).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package.
