Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world's largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.

As a member of the Pictet AM Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) team, you will carry out financial and management accounting tasks in connection with Pictet AM business including profitability calculation and analysis, benchmarking analysis to provide insightful advice to management at various level.


Your role:


  • Taking part in the calculation of our Business Line profitability.
  • Forecasting the level of revenues & costs by market, products and strategies.
  • Interacting closely with various Finance/Accounting teams and providing financial data.
  • Be a key contact person for all management accounting related queries and analysis.
  • Production of regular analysis and presentation of FP & A reporting as well as feedback gathering.
  • Taking part and analysing benchmarking surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Participate in various oneoff project.

Your profile:


  • University degree (Master's) in finance, audit experience a plus.
  • Solid experience (at least 5 years) in finance/audit/management accounting and in the field of asset management.
  • Expert user of the office IT tools (MS Office and Excel in particular); knowledge of Jedox, MicroStrategy would be a plus.
  • Analytical mindset combined with great attention to details.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
  • Team player & ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
  • You will be highly motivated and able to become part of a team of professionals that foster working relationships based on confidence and trust and working efficiently together. You work with precision and be able to combine excellent communication skills, ability to work under stress and strong attention to detail. You will be a team player with a willingness to share your knowledge and experience and to learn from others.
