Responsibilities:

Contributes to definition, implementation and deployment of Gas-insulated Switchgear strategy in line with HUB Business Unit High Voltage Products Acts as part of the project execution and collaborates very closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics and Installation&Commissioning team.

Defines, plans and roll-out cost-effective material and service sourcing strategic initiatives. Identifying gaps vs.

targets and investigate on root causes and take adequate corrective/preventive measures Own and monitor the supplier delivery performance, cost reduction, payment terms and supplier quality Ensure active role to new product introduction, product enhancement and standardization Leads and develop the different teams located in different locations as strategic procurement, operational buyers, technical buyers and supply chain excellence.

Team size is >20 headcounts Drives continuously optimization of sourcing processes and keep master data and SCM parameters maintained and updated

Your background:
University degree in Engineering or Economics (Bachelor or Master) Track record of 7-10 years of experience in SCM and/or other Operations Functions Ability to effectively plan and manage the deployment of multiple activities and projects under time pressure Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change within hierarchical organization as well using influential leadership for matrix environment Good understanding of inter cultural sensitivity in a complex cross-organizational and cross-functional environment Superior negotiation skills in a multicultural and challenging global business environment Ability to act, negotiate and communicate with suppliers and customers on C-level Fluent in English and German Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office Background in High Voltage Products is a plus
