For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an ELVIS Area Manager / Quality and Document Manager (M/F/d) (EW) - BS

Background:

For the Synthetic Molecules Facility project, which includes the consolidation and renewal of the Small

Molecules facility at the Roche site in Basel, a motivated person with the following skills is required to fill a position in the

project team is looking for a motivated person with the following profile.

quality management and 4 years of professional experience in this field. In addition, the person is an

expert in the field of pharmaceutical plants, ELVIS and GMP. Finally, the person must be fluent in

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Support SMF ELVIS Manager with overall responsibility
Interface responsibility ACC / ELVIS, support document management team
Document migration, WKFL for project manager / USER TEAM
Very good RDS knowledge in chemical plants / infra plants / building technology
System test ELVIS RDS / CAE representations / SAP-R
Quality management plant structures, document filing, document attribution
Coordination of project / change work shifts, authorizations
Creation of additional manuals / work instructions / SMF ELVIS concepts
Contact person for ELVIS problems and finding solutions
Creation of Office documents with ELVIS document / object attributes via field properties
Creation of training documents and training courses
Consideration of the SMF-ELVIS structure for subsequent operational engineering
Administrative work, WKFL queries, shift control, listings

Must Haves:

University or college education in the relevant or a related engineering discipline
25 years of experience in quality management or a similar environment
Expert knowhow in the field of pharmaceutical systems, ELVIS, GMP area
Confident appearance in a circle of technical experts
Ability to explain complex technical issues simply
Motivated, collaborative, open and outgoing personality
Experience in handling projects
Good knowledge of system planning (VT & automation)
Good knowledge of module technology for DS SM Basel
Very good knowledge of local standards in the DS SM Basel area
Extensive experience in the implementation of projects in a qualified environment
Fluent written and spoken German and basic knowledge of English
