About the role
In this role, you will support the External Analytical Organization (EAO) in the daily business of managing outsourced analytical testing.
As the Postgraduate External Analytics, you will be an important individual contributor, where you have an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a global setup, working with costumers and several contractors across the globe.
In addition to driving efficiency improvements and participating in projects, you will also manage administrative tasks related to stability studies and analytical testing.
Ownership of responsibilities, including the effective handling of external results and ensuring their compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, will be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the EAO-Team within Analytical Development in managing and coordinating outsourced analytical testing, as well as all related activities
- Support project specific interactions with external partners as needed
- Support the writing of scientific reports intended for internal and external partners
- Support the team in managing internal costumers, external contractors, and key stakeholders
- Manage GMP-Documentation related to stability studies, release, and retest
- Support management of results and compliance checks

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Education: Degree in science, engineering or equivalent (MSc., or equivalent)
- Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written), German is an advantage.
- Experience/Professional requirement:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision and attention to detail regarding regulations and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator with good negotiation abilities
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with a "team comes first" mindset, adept at working in interdisciplinary teams.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning abilities for managing tasks efficiently.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in relevant software tools with a quick learning curve for new technologies.

- Performance: Able to perform effectively both in team environments and autonomously.

Laboratory Environment:
Previous experience working in a laboratory setting.
- GMP Experience: Handson experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality
