Job Description:

Reporting to a Team Leader in Application Development, your main responsibilities and duties will be to:

Investigate novel & innovative solutions for spatial-omics assays on Lunaphore's microfluidic platforms
Develop a fine understanding of _in situ_ protein and RNA detection methodologies
Image acquisition and processing, data analysis, and reporting of the results
Explore and understand the biological background of the target markers under development
Contribute to the continuous development of devices and software
Interact with multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers, and researchers

Qualifications:

M.Sc. degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar field
Handson experience in spatial proteomics or transcriptomic assays for analysis of histological samples (IHC, IF, _in situ_ hybridization, _in _situ sequencing, or similar techniques etc.) is a must
Experience in handling microfluidics devices and fluorescent microscopes is a strong plus
Good knowledge in image processing and data analysis is a strong plus
You demonstrate critical thinking, good organizational skills, and attention to details
Dynamic, enthusiast, and organized individual, able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
A real team player, you are also comfortable working independently
Fluency in oral and written English is a must
