Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development of the associated magnet technologies
  • Assist in the development of the characterization of superconductors.
  • Analysis and definition of electrical and mechanical properties of superconducting wires.
  • Development of new magnet production methods.
  • Development of new magnet architectures.
  • Supporting the production and KT group with quality and production problems
  • Coordination and management of technical projects with other BBio R&D sites and/or external research centers.
  • Optimal planning of some projects/orders by using official BBio software solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Diplom/ Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, preferrably PhD
  • Experiences in developing new superconductors and new superconducting technologies
  • Teamplayer mentallity
  • German and English konwledge on C1-Level
