About the Role:

Due to our continued growth of Genedata, we are looking for a "people-person", a dynamic and accurate Billing & Contract Manager who enjoys engaging in a wide variety of activities, to join our team.

In this role, you will assist the operations team in the day-to-day business. Genedata offers an exciting and collaborative work environment and welcomes inquiries from qualified professionals with a passion for excellence.

This full-time position is based at our offices in Basel, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of our customers in Financialforce, create projects in FinancialForce to enable timesheet recording and invoicing
Understand contracts with complex billing schemes
Keep control over new contracts and customer Purchase Orders
Track service budgets to ensure they are not under/over invoiced
Work in close collaboration with the Legal team, Business Accounts Managers and Project Managers for invoicing
Work in close collaboration with the Sales Operations and Project Controlling teams to ensure consistency and data quality in Salesforce and Financialforce

Skills & Experience:

High organizational skills, ability to connect information coming from various different sources
IT affinity
Experience with Salesforce / Financialforce is a major plus
Experience working with cross functional teams, processes and projects involving different stakeholders
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in English, German is a plus
