We are looking for a dynamic Senior Leader with strong strategic vision, sound business planning and Go-To-Market innovation to support our fast growing B2B business in the Europe region.

This new position requires a strong GM quality leader with:
1) Extensive leadership experiences across B2B Sales, marketing and multi functions;
2) Proven track record in a multi culture & multi geography leadership role;
3) Comfortable executing strategic alignment and operational excellences in a matrix organization with a strong entrepreneur mindset.


The Head of B2B Europe will collaborate with global GCO (Global Commercial Organisation) B2B team and regional cluster teams to define optimum strategy, priorities and plans to maximize Logitech for business revenue opportunities.


The Role:


The Head of B2B Europe is fully responsible to lead & drive (sales & marketing) Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, innovations and execution in our B2B business.

They will be fully responsible for the regional B2B Category P&L. Based in Lausanne, Switzerland this role reports to the Head of Europe.

In this role you will:

  • Build and execute the 3 year GTM strategy for the continued growth and acceleration of the Video Collaboration (VC) and B2B business
  • Lead the VC market acceleration and capture market share as a result of clear execution to create demand with new and existing customers in the global, corporate, midmarket and foundational customers.
  • Oversee the regional B2B product P& ownership in delivering the quarterly targets and P&L Management;
  • Directly lead, manage and develop the VC enterprise salesforce, field solution engineers and channel sales teams.
  • Develop new and deepen existing customer relationships with large enterprises, educational institutions, and government bodies to drive sales by leveraging VC solutions providers, allinaves, and through a variety of sales channels including DMR, distribution, system integrators, and VARs.
  • Build and grow our partnerships with management and local sales teams from Microsoft, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Google and other VC solutions to partner, create and leverage jointselling and alliance opportunities, making Logitech VC hardware the solution of choice
  • Forecast accuracy for the week/month.quarter forecast to develop predictability for gross revenue/ net sales / gross margin/ OPEX.
  • Define the administrative and operation support of the needs of the European team including sales tools and CRM, and end user sales reporting.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • +15 years in leadership position of a global B2B MNC company;
  • Extensive senior management experience in B2B sales & marketing (other functions a plus);
  • Experience managing indirect partner relationships to sell through the channel is preferred.
  • Expertise leading forecasting and pipeline management processes through direct sales and channel organizations to align to Logitech global demand planning and sales forecasting,
  • Excellent negotiation skills for customer engagement to maximize customer relations, sales performance expectations in key performance areas, and stakeholder management;
  • Entrepreneurial and business owner mindset (startup experience a big plus);
  • A scrappy, handon approach and willingness to do what is needed to support your teams and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility;
  • Strategic capability to develop, align, own and drive 35 year growth plan with HQ and regional markets;
  • Comfortable & ability to lead & perform well in a matrix global organization
  • Solid understanding B2B space including but not limiting to channel mgmt, high touch sales, different channel verticals, presales and after sales, hardware/software product portfolio
  • Disciplined approach to delivering sales growth through account plans, CRM tools and lifecycle customer management;
  • Executive maturity to lead and build regional/country organization capability with entrepreneur mindset & speed;
  • Passion & energy to drive hyper growth in a new yet rapidly growing business segment_._
