The Nidecker Group is a rapidly growing organization managing some of the world's leading snowboarding brands - Nidecker, Jones, YES., Now & Flow.


As a Digital Transformation and Data Manager, you will work with all brands and departments to drive digital innovation in both B2B and B2C contexts.

Collaborating with product managers, sales and marketing departments, and reporting to the CSO & COO, you will be responsible for managing the content of NDK GROUP products and ensuring accurate and consistent information across various digital tools.

We are seeking a forward-thinker who embraces new ideas and approaches while utilizing excellent communication and project management skills in a collaborative team environment.

This position is based at our headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland.

Tasks


The role is split into 3 different areas:

1.

B2B Sales Platform Integration Management:


  • Organize product catalogues and launch new collections during sales periods in collaboration with Sales Managers.
  • Oversee the daytoday maintenance of the platform.
  • Enhance the platform and integration by adding and improving features.
  • Coordinate platform improvements across our subsidiaries in Amsterdam and the USA.

Product Data Management:


  • Create items and item data in Netsuite.
  • Ensure comprehensive and uptodate organization of existing data, including necessary shipping and sales information.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and brand departments to manage data within our ERP Netsuite and external platforms and resources (dealers, distributors, 3PL, etc.).

All Brand Digital Support:


  • Manage implementation, administration, and support for various digital tools such as Resource Center, Dealer Locator, Bynder DAM tool, Reamaze, and 123formbuilder.
  • Provide support for crossbrand marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:


Core competencies:


  • Highly organized, versatile, and quick to learn.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency requirements:


  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar digital role with equivalent responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Previous experience in the Snowboarding or Skiing industry is a strong plus.
  • Experience with ERP and B2B sales platforms (NetSuite preferred).
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is advantageous.
