We are looking for an enthusiastic and visionary Technical Product Owner who can take charge of developing and delivering a cutting-edge product that leverages conversational AI, prompt engineering, natural language processing and machine learning to create engaging and personalized user experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Understanding the needs and pain points of internal and external stakeholders
Researching and analysing the market and trends to identify new opportunities and features
Breaking down the product vision into actionable stories that engineers can implement
Conceptualizing the product from ideas, to prototypes to MVPs and releases
Managing the product backlog, priorities, and timelines
Assisting in hiring staff and expanding the team's capability and competence

Desired qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with proven record of endtoend delivery of complex products
Experience in working in a Scrum, Agile or Lean environment
Effective communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple external and internal stakeholders
Ability to take discussions at highlevel with business stakeholders and to go in sufficient technical detail with technical stakeholders
Capable of designing and testing conversational AI flows, prompts, intents, entities, dialogues, etc.
Familiar with natural language processing and machine learning tools and frameworks
Creative and analytical mindset with a usercentric approach
Ability to travel for workshops, product launches, demos or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

This role is designed to be based in Zurich, Switzerland hence it would be great if you are eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
