- Lead end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, migration, and reporting
- Ensure quality of project outcomes through system and functional testing
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to define requirements and ensure alignment of expectations with deliverables
- Translate specifications from business areas into development initiatives and ensure interfaces between involved parties/experts
- Support the development team in design sessions and solution implementation through platform-specific configurations
- Key contact and D365 expert for supply chain and finance, promoting understanding of D365 standard processes and introducing best practices in business processes
- BSc or MSc in technical or business management (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering)
- Deep knowledge of D365 functional areas, including finance, HR, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, sales, and Power Platform Apps (D365 certifications desirable)
- Years of experience in configuring D365 modules with a deep understanding of its dependencies from both functional and technical implementation perspectives
- Strong methodological and analytical skills
- Goal-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach with a focus on excellent business processes
- Consulting skills and communication strength (proficient in German and English)
- Highly independent and flexible personality to respond adequately to changes
- Willingness to evaluate and incorporate new technologies into actions
