Your responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be in charge of the design, execution, and transfer of CAPEX investment projects.

This role entails operational leadership for CAPEX projects ranging from 2 to 50 million CHF:

Establish the investment project charter, define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes in collaboration with senior executives and stakeholders of the relevant site.
Execute the investment project while adhering to budget, scope of work, and delivery timelines.
Ensure that project KPIs and dashboards are suitable for risk, cost, and schedule management and are implemented in a timely manner.
Lead regular engineering and project control meetings to ensure proper execution and to identify & implement corrective actions in case of deviations from set objectives.
Ensure implementation of cuttingedge technical solutions and compliance with internal and external standards of quality, safety, and environmental practices.
Ensure the successful handover of the project to the production team.

Profile requirements:

Master's degree in process engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, industrial systems, HVAC, pharmaceutical engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years professional experience
Previous experience as a Process Engineer or Project Manager on investment projects in a pharmaceutical / chemical environment.
Fluent in English, French and / or German is a strong asset
Swiss or European nationality
