Intern Analyst (Pipeline)

Your role

We are looking for an intern for WM Switzerland clients, served out of Zürich (with option for remote work), to:
act as an allrounder and be responsible to advise clients with self-directed needs and remote advice affinity in an independent, proactive and service-oriented manner

- deliver solutions for clients\' wealth via digital channels, strategically manage the digital WM CH book of clients and prospects, generate sustainable revenues and growth opportunities for the bank and act as a first line of defense in managing risk
- address the investment and wealth planning needs of WM CH clients by providing suitable solutions aligned to the digital and remote offering with focus on consistently identifying and increasing share of wallet, generating referrals, growing clients into WM Private Wealth, and proactively generating and developing prospects
- integrate specialists, other team members and WM aligned functions

Your team

You'll be working in the Remote Sales Advice (RSA) Wealth Management Switzerland (WMCH) team In Zürich. You have the chance to work directly alongside industry front runners as dedicated mentors.
You will have direct exposure and involvement in running a client book, learn sales & marketing and management skills
As well as onthejob training you will get training on the financial market, insight into investment analysis, our products and other core business topics

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
- at least four semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or similar
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
