We are looking for a creative graphic designer to join our marketing team in Zug.

In this position, you will be responsible for independently designing content for our cross-media campaigns, creating documents such as presentations or brochures, and developing dynamic content for our website, social media, and advertisements.

You will continuously maintain and further develop the graphic representation of our company.

Tasks

Your responsibilities:

You will develop graphic proposals and find solutions together with the team for the conception and design of digital advertising materials.
You will create and design ideas and content for crossmedia campaigns (visuals, mockups, ads).
You are the contact person for the development of illustrations, ebooks, brochures, and presentations.
You develop dynamic content for the website, social media, ads, and continuously optimize the UI/UX design of our platforms.
You, together with the marketing team, are responsible for the continuous development of the entire graphic appearance of Xelon.

Requirements:

Your profile:

Ongoing or completed studies in graphic design or a similar field
Creativity and commitment as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
Experience in creating graphics and visual content
Good knowledge of common graphic design tools and programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA)
Interest in current trends and developments in the field of graphic design and digital media
Good German skills (minimum C1 level) and basic English skills
