We are looking for a highly motivated, analytically strong team player who is eager to bring his / her knowledge about the FMCG related Swiss Retail landscape, negotiations, commercial decision making and overall business acumen into our high caliber Customer Management (CM) department.
The CM Team comprises our Key Account Managers (KAMs) and is BAT's primary interface towards all Swiss Retail Customers operating in every decisive sales channel (e.g.
Kiosk, Convenience, Grocery, Petrol).YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COVER THE FOLLOWING:
Leverage BAT's position within the assigned portfolio of accounts in order to successfully implement the overall Customer Management Strategy that will drive market share growth, volume growth and profitability of the different nicotine categories.

Main accountabilities
- Continuously seek and develop existing business opportunities within defined portfolio of strategic accounts
- Continuously monitor sales performance
- Drive profitability and BAT share within assigned accounts
- Drive multicategory approach within assigned accounts
- Develop new business opportunities with customer's CRM and App
- Drive customer engagement
- Conduct promotional and sales planning per brands and customers
- Drive various strategic projects to bring new business opportunities to life and challenge status quo
ABOUT YOU:
Essential requirements
- Bachelors or Master's degree, preferably business or economics
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG sales and trade marketing positions
- Fluent in German & English + Professional working proficiency in French
- Drives and owns results, seeking challenges
- First class analytical, interpersonal, communication (oral & written), negotiation and planning/forecasting skills
- Proven ability to successfully negotiate; strong communication, influencing and presentations skills
- Proven strong selfmanagement capabilities
- Good ability to analyze situations, recommend solutions and action plans within organizational policy
- Attention to detail and great team player
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Desirable requirements
- Knowledge of softwares "Tableau" and "SalesForce" is a plus
- Bachelors or Master's degree, preferably marketing or economics
- Fluent in English and French, German is a plus
- Strong, proven people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage/cooperate in crossfunctional teams
- Constantly raise the bar and present "can do" attitude
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Openminded, bold, resilient and very well organized
- Creative and innovative
- 2+ years working experience
