- To supervise and ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping for Accor entities (9 legal entities as of today cleaning in progress)
- To ensure our books are maintained with rigor and efficiency, in compliance with both local and international accounting standards
- Monitor and establish effective internal control procedures
- To manage dayto day accounts and ensure accurate reporting of financial statements on monthly basis
- Handle audits and taxation related issues by liaise with external auditors, tax advisors
- To drive and locally enrol various finance related corporate projects.
- Professionally assist the accounting team in completing the set activities on timely and accurate manner
- Roadmap Finance to update and challenge:
- Organize the handover of the accounting hotels (list and deadline defined)
- Organize the structural organization with the closing of the legal entities defined by the management (old or backlog)
- People management, team development
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered accountant with minimum 5 years post qualification experience
- Team leadership successes in previous roles
- Hospitality experience is considered as an advantage
- Language: English must have / French nice to have
Required skills and competencies:
- Manage time well and possesses strong organizational skills
- Independent, ability to work under limited supervision
- Good people management skills
- High level of integrity
- Meticulous
- Resourceful
- Flexibility in terms of handling ad hoc issues, projects, assignments
