    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating in the development and implementation of competitive marketing and sales strategies (planning, budgeting, realization, and coordination of measures in the Insurance market segment)
    • Conducting market analyses and developing new market segments in the B2B environment
    • Building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Introducing new products in the company and the market
    • Selling and evolving services in defined customer segments
    • Creating product and sales documents as well as contracts
    • Monitoring marketing and sales KPIs
    • Supporting the Market Management Team

      Your Profile

      • Completed studies in business administration or relevant marketing further education
      • Experience in similar positions with a strong product/sales focus
      • Knowledge in creating product and sales documents, experience in contract management (creation and review of contracts) desirable
      • Industry knowledge in the (digital) healthcare sector and/or (health) insurance advantageous
      • Independent, structured, and committed personality who likes to proactively take the initiative in a dynamic environment
      • Communicative, empathetic demeanor with excellent negotiation skills
      • Self-motivated, success- and solution-oriented approach with a strong customer service mindset
      • Very good English skills (French is a plus) as well as proficient user knowledge of common Microsoft Office products
