Director, Field Marketing.

It would be great if you are located close to either our offices in Switzerland (Rolle) or the US (Boston). Those willing to relocate internationally (EU5) are welcome.

Your Role

As the head of our Regional/Field marketing team and reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving our demand generation strategies, spanning field and digital marketing.

Orchestrating initiatives to generate leads and sales opportunities for our Clinical and BioPharma sectors through the development of exceptional outreach programs
Crafting the global field marketing roadmap, adapting it to specific regions to maximize impact in target areas
Collaborating closely with sales, product teams, and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and business objectives
Creating multichannel campaigns in coordination with the Event Team, Content & Proposition Team, Digital Marketing, and Digital Operations to achieve lead generation targets
Directly managing the field marketing team, setting goals and overseeing execution to drive results in lead generation and pipeline growth.

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, we expect:

Over 8 years of experience in leading global or international teams in a commercial marketing setting
Expertise in international demand generation and B2B lead generation for Data, Cloud-Computing, or complex software industries; familiarity with healthcare domains is advantageous but not obligatory
Proven success in running field marketing operations with a global impact
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media tools
A results-driven mindset, thriving in a dynamic, multicultural organization at the cutting edge of innovation
