For our client, a market leader in electrical and electronics industry, we are looking for a Junior PMO (a Microsoft Tech-Saavy ready to implement new MS tools) in order to strenghten their team.

Descriptif des tâches:


Program & Project Management:

  • Provides support to the function leads and business process coordinators
  • Controls, maintains, and updates the quality plan
  • Coordinates refinements to the draft highlevel plan and overall phasing, monitoring progress
  • Maintains an integrated program management environment
Change Management

  • Supports & organizes facilitating workshops or other interactive sessions
  • Assists in developing the action plan to be used to manage the change
  • Facilitates project communication in conjunction with Change and Communications Leads

Nous recherchons:


  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as PMO (Program and Project)
  • Experience in implementing IT solutions
  • Experience in program and project management
  • Experience in the development and delivery of trainings
  • Fluent with Office365 environment and its various SharePoint, Teams,...
  • Fluency in English is a must, French and any other language a plus
  • Team player, handson, positive attitude
