- Überwachung der Kundenaufträge und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung zu interner wie auch externer Kundschaft
- Prüfung, Abwicklung und Versand der eingehenden internen Kundenaufträge von Instrumenten, Ersatzteilen, Zubehör, Reagenzien und Sensoren
- Transportorganisation inkl. Ladeplanung für die täglichen Transporte von Instrumenten, Ersatzteilen, Zubehör, Reagenzien und Sensoren zu den globalen Distributionszentren
- Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung von nationalen und internationalen Transporten, einschliesslich Sondertransporten (Gefahr-, Kühlgut, Carnet ATA)
- Erfassung, Abwicklung und Versand von internen Reparaturaufträgen und Rücklieferungen, sowie externer Materialbestellungen
- Abwicklung von Sonderversandaufträgen für alle Business Funktionen am Standort Rotkreuz
- Ausstellung, Übermittlung und Korrektur von Ausfuhrzollanmeldungen
- Erstellung der Versand- und Zolldokumente für Speditions- und Kundenzwecke
- Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Lieferanten, Speditionen und internen Stellen
- Rechnungsprüfung und Freigabe von Transport- und Verzollungsdienstleistungen
- Support und Beratung in Transport- und Zollthemen am Standort Rotkreuzt
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung als Aussenhandelsfachfrau/-mann
- Langjährige Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse im internationalen Exportgeschäft und Spedition
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Zollabwicklungen in der Schweiz
- Ausbildung im Bereich Gefahrgut (IATA / ADR)
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an teamorientierter Zusammenarbeit
- Kommunikative, pflichtbewusste, selbstständige, belastbare und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
- Gute PC- und Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, Google)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
