How you will make a difference:

Handling incoming and outgoing mails in Geneva office on behalf of Swiss Team
Supporting on administrative tasks, filling in hard copies of payroll and HR admin forms
Cover the reception desk when required
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

What will give you an advantage:

Associate's Degree in a related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Multilingual may be preferred or required.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
