The positions we offer are best suited to recent graduates of a course of study, preferably at master's level or higher (although not exclusively), and with at least one previous professional experience.

Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Programme- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office- We are flexible to accommodate start dates between March 1st to May 15th 2023- Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4'400 (salary: CHF 4'050.

Role

- Digital & Technology - Uplink

The UpLink Innovation Catalyst will contribute to different parts of the programme offering to the community of Top Innovators, to ensure its value and impact:

  • Contribute to streamlining, digitizing, and improving ongoing event related processes
  • Support the planning and delivery of the Uplink Programme and events, both in terms of programme design and logistics.
  • Support the development of analytical tools and processes to track and report on community programming's impact and achievements.
  • Support the creation and delivery of the Annual Survey to Top Innovators, to better understand their needs, and help translate the results into improvements and new offerings through community management and programming offerings.
  • Liaise with communication and marketing team on programme promotion both to external and internal audiences.
  • Support the UpLink Programme specialist with event logistics and programme management related to the UpLink Innovation Network activities.

Preferred requirements and experience:

  • Genuine passion for scaling impact in the SDG space
  • University degree in relevant field, such as: innovation, development, health, policy, journalism, digital engagement
  • Experience with research and analysis
  • Knowledge of SDG content a strong plus
  • Digital community engagement/development a plus
  • A flexible, agile and adaptable mindset to work in a fastpaced and evolving team
  • Experience with digital collaboration tools
  • Creativity, an open mind and an entrepreneurial spirit
Role

- Impact, Innovation and Engagement, Centre for Nature and Climate- Supporting the establishment and onboarding of a new community of global sustainability leaders- Developing a digital platform to enable community interaction and engagement- Assisting in the design, development, and delivery of community events- Supporting with operations management for partner engagement including dashboard development and reporting


Preferred requirements and experience:

  • At least 1 year working experience in an international business environment using digital and business tools (e.g. CRM).
  • Preferred Master's degree in International Business Economics, Data Science, Master of Science in Business Analytics, Business Sustainability Management.Role

  • Financial and Monetary Systems
  • Maintaining internal databases, community tools (such as Toplink) and engagement materials.
  • Developing a standardized onboarding process for incoming members.
  • Supporting the community buildup by identifying additional nominations.
  • Supporting and managing specific community events and/or sessions (virtual and inperson), handling logistics and operations for all meetings in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Drafting session notes, community reports and other relevant materials.
  • Acting as key point of contact for internal and external constituents related to community membership, materials, and event preparations.
