Do you have extensive experience in Analytical Chemistry within the industry and are ready for a new challenge? Then this position could be for you.

Tasks

Establish and advance analytical capabilities in the laboratory focusing on chromatographic methods
Develop analytical methods for complex pharmaceuticals including biopolymers
Drive analytical technology development in collaboration with manufacturing partners and expand analytical knowhow and contribute to new IP
Manage external analytical service providers as well as analytical lab

- and research associates

Initiate and manage collaborations with contract manufacturing organizations and academic partners and initiate, perform and manage analytical method transfer
Author and contribute to documentations for regulatory submissions as a member of the CMC team
Establish and review specification documents for the release of starting material, intermediates and final products of drug substance and drug product. Review and approve method development reports and method validation protocols and reports

Requirements:

PhD in Natural Sciences or Analytical Sciences with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the management of quality control of product manufacturing in a GMP environment
Experience in analytical methods phaseappropriate qualification / Validation and regulatory requirements (GLP and GMP)
Handson lab experience with a broad range of critical techniques and instruments and willing to support lab work when necessary
Wellconnected in the analytical technology and instrumentation community with very good communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent planning and strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
Proactive and problemsolving attitude, personal resilience, perseverance, energy and drive combined with excellent conceptual and scientific thinking to approach and solve complex issues and their implications. Selfmotivation and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment as a team player with a collaborative attitude
