LOCATION
This position can be either located at our corporate office in London, UK or in Baar, Switzerland.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Primary legal resource for the hotel teams globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting; reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. distribution agreements; commercial contract agreements; NDAs; marketing agreements);
Advising on compliance and regulatory matters;
Advise on legal operational matters in the hospitality industry,

- handling/managing contractual disputes;

Mergers & Acquisitions, including due diligence, disclosure and the drafting/negotiation of sale purchase agreements;
Liaise with and manage external legal counsel to assist on the matters above
Supporting with general queries

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communicator and proven ability to distil complex issues into straightforward advice to the business
Happy to work autonomously and able to demonstrate ability to prioritise workloads particularly when under pressure
An appetite to do things differently and challenge processes where necessary
Excellent team player
Willingness to learn about new areas of law
