En raison de la croissance et de l'innovation continue au sein du groupe Nidecker, nous avons un poste de stage/CDD passionnant à pourvoir au sein de notre dynamique équipe de recherche et développement. Travaillant sur un nouveau projet confidentiel, nous recherchons un ingénieur en conception de machines pour compléter notre équipe. La mission est simple : participer activement au développement CAO ainsi qu'à la réalisation de l'intégrité structurelle du prototype fonctionnel.

- Due to continued growth and innovation within the Nidecker Group, we have an exciting internship/CD position available within our dynamic research and development team. Working on a new confidential project, we are looking for a machine design engineer to join our team. The mission is simple: to actively participate in the CAD development as well as in the realization of the structural integrity of the functional prototype.

Tasks

**Vos tâches et responsabilités**:

- Participer à la conception générale de la machine
- Etablir le cahier des charges « sécurité » et intégrer les normes à suivre pour ce type de produit
- Réaliser les travaux de dessins 3d de la machine
- Réaliser la mise en plan de toutes les pièces en vue de leur réalisation
- Suivre la fabrication auprès des sous-traitants
- Participer au montage et à la mise au point de la machine

- **What you can expect to do**:

- Participate in the general design of the machine
- Establish the "safety" specifications and integrate the standards to be followed for this type of product
- Carry out the 3d drawings of the machine
- Drawing up the plans for all the parts in order to produce them
- Follow the manufacturing process with subcontractors
- Participate in the assembly and adjustment of the machine

**Requirements**:
**Profil recherché**:

- Etudiant en fin d'études ou Diplôme d'Ingénieur HES en systèmes industriels / Conception de machine
- Bonnes connaissances et expérience dans la conception machine et les procédés de fabrication de pièces métal (tôlerie, usinage, tournage, soudage, etc.)
- Expérience professionnelle ou académique dans la conception mécanique de machines
- Rigueur, esprit de synthèse et autonomie dans le travail quotidien
- Facilité d'adaptation et bon esprit d'équipe

- **What you bring to the table**:

- Graduate student or HES engineer in industrial systems / machine design
- Good knowledge and experience in machine design and manufacturing processes for metal parts (sheet metal work, machining, turning, welding, etc.)
- Professional or academic experience in mechanical machine design
- Rigour, ability to synthesise and autonomy in daily work
- Ease of adaptation and good team spirit
