Assistant Purchasing & Insurances Services (60%-80%)

Description/Tasks:
Various administrative activities in connection with the Purchase & Insurance department which include

Assisting the team on the management of the aircraft insurances

Fuel management, organizing fuel cards, arranging ad-hoc fuel, supporting the Fuel RFP (Request for proposal) with global oil companies and fuel resellers

Providing support in connection with the ground handling and parking, making price comparisons

Administration of staff mobile phones, connection to telecommunication provider

Order management of crew credit cards

Local point of contact for office / facility management

Organization of meetings and events


Qualification/Experience:

  • Commercial education background with work experience
  • Knowledge in one or more areas such as insurance, purchasing, fuel or travel is a plus
  • Knowledge in Business Aviation desired but not mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
