To join the team of our client, a worldwide organization based in Geneva, we are looking for a
Project Manager Foundation.


Your tasks:


  • IT Scope, Budget, and Planning management, in line with our client's Project Management Framework
  • IT risks and issues management; escalation management
  • Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT project schedules within MS Project Online
  • Preparation and animation of IT Project Status Meetings / Scrum meeting
  • Align and provide coordinated responses to business stakeholders
  • Joint preparation and animation of Steering Committees in line with the Business Project Manager and IT Project Managers
  • IT resource and capacity management
  • External Supplier management
  • 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects
  • 5 years of experience in both agile frameworks (a must) and waterfall project methodologies (ability to manage different streams in parallel)
  • Proven experience in new technologies projects
  • Experience leading external Partners
  • Experience in facilitating interactive workshops and interviews with multidisciplinary team is a must
  • Out of the box thinking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially communication and team facilitator (Agile thinking)
  • IT University Degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient English speaker, fluency in French is an asset (the majority of the TECH teams is French speaking)
  • Project Management certifications (at least one of: Prince 2, PMI, Hermès)
  • Agile certifications (at least one of Scrum: Scrum Master, Product Owner, or SAFe methodology)
