Your role

  • Are you a planner? Are you solid as a rock when you're juggling a lot of project deliveries at the same time? We're looking for someone like this to:
  • be the central responsible body for the implementation of MCCS changes to the IT Infrastructure
- plan releases of software and hardware in detail considering scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, organizational aspects and back-out solutions and synchronize plans with the stakeholders
- make sure rollouts are prepared and carried out according to defined processes
- facilitate meetings and ceremonies together with approval bodies to make sure procedural preconditions and milestones met on time
- provide management updates with status, metrics reports and timelines as necessary
- ensure the rollout of the released components into the productive IT environment was successful
- conduct post implementation reviews, do root cause analysis to make sure that issues are not repeated
- interact and collaborate with the agile teams to understand their needs related to rollouts of their products / solutions


Your team

  • You'll be working within the Organization of IT Development in Zurich. We plan and lead IT products in the area of Touchpoint and create award winning solutions for our clients. It's a very demanding, fast paced and exciting environment. This is the place where innovation is our daily business.

Your expertise
- a graduate degree as well as a related DevOps or ITIL experience (certification like ITIL Foundation, ITIL Specialist, etc.)
- worked in a similar position and dealt with projects, internal and external suppliers in a global, enterprise scaled environment
- an excellent understanding of computer software and CD/CI pipelines.
- a great interest in shaping the future of banking
- the will and desire to leave your comfort zone and become an important player in our Multichannel Contact Center environment
- you are a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels in both, English (must) and German (optional)
- an expert in building networks and connections
- a strong leader and a good team player
- known for hitting deadlines
