Proclinical AG is actively looking for an exceptionally motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed client's team as an
Administrative Assistant.

This is a
12 Month Contract with the possibility of extension.


We are currently seeking an organized and proactive
Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT).

This pivotal role demands the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and adaptability.


Responsibilities:

Diary Management: Efficiently organize meetings, interviews, and calls for HRLT members, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.

Travel Coordination: Prepare and submit travel expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Procurement Support: Generate Purchase Requisitions, manage Purchase Orders, and track invoices and costs against POs. Create and maintain vendor files to ensure smooth financial operations.

HR Administrative Assistance: Provide general HR administrative support as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

Intranet Management: Administer the HR intranet page, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.

Technology Proficiency: Independently set up and administrate SharePoint pages and Teams Channel pages, demonstrating technical proficiency.

Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless integration into the department.

Special Projects: Contribute to HR digital team initiatives and other projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.


Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility to work onsite 34 days per week at our Basel location.

Job Types: 100%, Temporary / Staffing

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
CHF CHF65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
