For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for an ASPIRE Process Support Chemical Development (M/F/d).

Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Participate in Local Fit Gap, ensuring implications of Template adoption are understood and participate in identifying change impacts
  • Adapt legacy processes for ASPIRE, i.e. contribute to change of legacy SAP processes and support the readiness for ASPIRE
  • Actively support local predeployment and deployment project phases, especially transition and golive, plan and track local close down and ramp up
  • Contribute to country questionnaire, system impact assessment, change impact assessment, data scoping, cleansing and migration including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal
  • Actively participate in the extended network to articulate critical local business and reporting requirements
  • Identify critical technical gaps (e.g. interfaces and reports) not covered by the global solution and define workaround for technical requirements that can not be integrated in the global solution (if applicable)
  • Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required or even create documents by themselves
  • Participate in relevant solution tests (SAT / UAT for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute "Day in a life" simulation
  • Conduct data and process mapping, analyse and resolve SOD (Segregation Of Duties) issues

Must Haves:


  • Finished Diploma, further education or Bachelor degree in any technical environment or administrative environment with good technical understanding
  • Min. 13+ years experience in development softwares and SAP requirements, within the pharmaceutical industry with GMP experience is a plus
  • Handson experience in process analysis/support and requirements collecting with internal stakeholders
  • Experience of working within projects in a matrixed environment and agile set up
  • Demonstrated delivery focus and execution
  • Fluent in German is a MUST and English min. B2 Level needed
