Introduction:

Presentation:

The postdoctoral position is open to researchers interested in Behavioral and Organizational Economics. The position is financed by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNF) and belongs to the project "

Organizational Culture:
A Behavioral Perspective". The position is available for a maximal duration of two years.


Job information:

Expected start date in position : August 1st, 2024 or on an agreed upon earlier or later date.

Contract length :
The position is open for at least 12 months, but may be extended

Activity rate :
Full time position (part-time possible if desired)

Your responsibilities:


  • 100% of the postdoctoral researcher's time will be dedicated to research related activities.
  • Collaboration on research studies related to the project "

Organizational Culture:
A Behavioral Perspective" is desirable, but the postdoctoral researcher is also encouraged to pursue own projects.


Your qualifications:


  • PhD in Economics or a related discipline (behavioral sciences more broadly).
  • Strong research interest and background in behavioral and experimental research.
  • Very strong background in empirical quantitative research methods.
  • Familiarity with the theoretical and empirical literature in Organizational Economics is very desirable but not required.
  • Programming knowledge is a benefit (in particular, experience with oTree and/or zTree).
  • Fluency in English.
