Job description

We are seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to strengthen our production team.

As a Process Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and functionality of our technical installations, thereby contributing to the quality and compliance of our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations in accordance with established plans and procedures.
Contribute to projects to ensure maintainability during the design and commissioning phases.
Provide 24/7 maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with cGMP standards. This involves following internal (SOP, DP) and external (cGMP, NIBT, ASIT) procedures, collaborating with various departments.
Participate in project design phases to ensure equipment maintainability.
Supervise technical action plans aimed at improving equipment reliability.
Conduct equipment training sessions.
Participate in the reception and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain 5S standards in designated areas.
Serve as a member of the emergency response team for designated personnel.

Your Profile:

Technical and scientific academic background.
Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in cGMP environments within a maintenance department.
Knowledge of quality standards (cGMP) and quality systems (deviations, CAPA, change control, training, documentation, etc.).
Technical expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and low-voltage electrical systems.
Understanding of EHS protocols, including chemical and pressure risks, lockout/tagout practices, and first aid for emergency response team members.
Proficiency in both French and English.
Intermediate IT skills, including office tools and CMMS tools.
Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Agile and flexible with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
