A trusted and longstanding Private Banking client in Geneva is looking for a Private Banking Assistant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your private banking experience whilst working with seasoned professionals and maintaining UHNW client contact.

This position would involve a high level of client contact and your ability to build relationships effectively will be appreciated.

This would be a temporary opportunity for 6 months with an extension possible and a start date as soon as possible.

The position offers a broad scope of tasks related to:

Support Senior Private Bankers by providing performance data, maintain client information
Liaising with and assisting UHNW clients with their questions/requests
Attend and participate in client meetings
Collaborate with Client Services and compliance teams
Contribute to account reviews and KYC
Support on investment proposals in collaboration with Relationship Managers

Your background:

Prior experience as a Private Banking Assistant / Junior RM (min. 2 years)
Knowledge of front office processes and banking products
Understanding basic compliance requirements and KYC checks
Strong IT, Excel, BI data would be an advantage
Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
Professional fluency in English
Analytical, independent and focused approach to work
Multitasking and ability to pivot priorities based on changing requirements
