Job Description:

Reporting to the Application Development Manager - Data Generation, your main responsibilities and duties will be:

  • Perform highly multiplexed spatial-omics assays on tissue samples using Lunaphore's microfluidic platforms
  • Explore and understand the background knowledge of the target markers under development
  • Image acquisition and processing, data analysis and reporting of the results
  • Service lab client interfacing and presentation of project outcomes
  • Contribute to the continuous development of devices and reagents

Qualifications:


  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or Master in a similar field and at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Handson experience in spatial assays optimization for analysis of histological samples (IHC, IF etc.) is a must
  • Experience in handling microfluidics devices and fluorescent microscopes is a strong plus
  • Good knowledge in image processing and data analysis is a strong plus
  • You demonstrate critical thinking, good organizational skills, and attention to details
  • Dynamic, enthusiast and organized individual, able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • A real team player, you are also comfortable working independently
  • Fluency in English is a must
