The Project Support Administration (PSA) position is part of the Comparator Client Services Team.


As an PSA, you play a valuable role in managing independently the entire range of administrative tasks of a client portfolio assigned to you as per the job responsibilities.

Key to success in this role is the ability to independently interact with the internal stakeholders.

Working closely together with the client facing Project Manager, the Sourcing Specialists & the Supply Chain Coordination Team members, you ensure that the services are delivered on time and to customer's and Fisher's quality standards.


You act as point of contact for internal customers, supporting the client facing Project Manager to select the appropriate sourcing strategy based on customers constraints, providing timely and accurate communication and information for all relevant activities related to comparator projects, internally.

This is in order to ensure that the products are ready for the start of the clinical trial study or as required by the customer.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with internal customer/ client facing PM at time of request to understand project scope and customer constraints. Capture those elements in internal systems (SFDC) and ensure proper handover to Sourcing Team for processing
  • Evaluate the alternatives provided by sourcing team, support the client facing PM by preselecting and proposing the most suitable solution (using also benchmark with official databases) and prepare quote for customer.
  • Follow up closely with internal requestor (client facing PM) until final decision is made and update internal databases as per requirement.
  • Prepare/Collect documentation to enable handover of confirmed project to Supply Chain Coordination team. Follow up internally with Supply Chain Coordination team and QA team to ensure proper update to customer regarding project advancement and completion
  • Timely preparation of reports and other information required by customers and internal stakeholders is also required.
  • Support client facing PM with preparation of Customer meetings
  • Active support for the preparation of these meetings, inclusive generation of KPI and power point presentation on the key relevant points to discuss
  • Deputy function for other client facing Associate Project Managers/Project Managers on ad hoc basis from internal communication
- and Admin support perspective

  • Ensure knowledge of TMO, BSD, FCS, customer and Suppliers T&C, policies and likes
