Your Role and Responsibilities
You can complete your master's degree at a University or University of Applied Sciences of your choice. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree.

Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment, as well as many opportunities for active co-determination.

Moreover, you will be able to write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department and benefit from an international network of experts and researchers.


Who are we looking for?

For our in-job master's program, we are looking for a highly motivated student with a good bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Economics or related courses.

In addition to a good bachelor degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us.


What you can expect from this position:
In this role, you will support a sales team alongside the Account Manager responsible for a large banking client.

Your tasks will include supporting the team in setting up client meetings and events, defining the sales strategy and pipeline planning, preparing and hosting workshops as well as coordinating and administrating sales activities.

In addition, you will work independently on your own projects, bringing in your Gen Z spirit.

This includes teaming-up with like-minded students within the company to jointly shape the next generation of banking, or even holding lectures at one of our partner universities.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (especially PowerPoint)
  • Some experience in workshop moderation
  • Analytical thinking skills to improve the status quo

  • Motivation and an openness to new situations
  • A strong interest in newly emerging technologies
  • A flair for numbers and the ability to draw conclusions from financial statements
  • English and German fluency
