We're looking for someone like you to shape the future of our account and cash management offering in an agile setup.
You will:
work as Product Manager in an interdisciplinary environment and will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have access to best-in-class basic banking and cash management products

- assume operational responsibility for various products, mainly for the entire product life cycle of the UBS Investment Plan (a core offering to allow regular investments), focusing on the areas of process optimization, quality control, analysis, pricing and communication
- ensure the quality and compliance of the products, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability,...)
- take over the (sub-)project management for topics in connection with the above-mentioned core offering and beyond
- develop new account solutions in line with the current market environment and customer needs, and define the requirements backlog in close collaboration with representatives from business, control functions, and technology
- conduct market research to understand trends of the industry, customers' insights and pricing sensitivity in order to develop innovative concepts that fulfills the clients' needs
- support pod Objective and Key Results to meet overall business goals, reviewed on the basis of relevant product measurements and metrics

Your team

You will work as part of a Product Manager Chapter in a highly motivated agile Pod within the "Depositing Money" crew in Zurich. Together with a diverse team of IT, marketing, analytics and product management colleagues located in Poland and in Switzerland, you will help to expand UBS's leading position in Wealth Management, Retail and Corporate Banking and provide an important impetus for further development in this key business area.

Your expertise
- strong banking business/process understanding, ideally complemented with a university degree in banking / finance

35 years' experience in project or product management, preferably with focus on digitization

- experience in process design and optimization
- affinity for IT combined with analytical fundamentals to convert client and business needs into technical demands
- able to interact confidently and convincingly with colleagues across different seniority levels
- entrepreneur mindset, proactive, highly engaged, and able to work under pressure
- a team player with good attention to detail: you can work independently and are goal-oriented
- fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)
