This role is an integral member of the strategic team who - under the direction of a senior Marketing Concept Implementation Manager - is responsible for leading a cross functional team to deliver defined project scope in time and considering budget restrictions.


You will assist the marketing concept implementation manager in building and executing a comprehensive project plan, managing its timeline and deadlines to keep the project on track, communicating effectively with team members & stakeholders.


Your mission is to support the successful delivery of projects undertaken by the business unit through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.


Tasks:


  • Supports in the coordination, planning and implementation of various complex, interdepartmental projects (e.g. new global product launches incl. communication campaigns) under direct supervision of a senior project manager
  • Supports the development and redaction of projects status reports and risks assessment
  • Responsible to manage processes and resources to achieve goals
  • Supports and follows up on action items status to ensure timely completion
  • Takes appropriate planning measures with all Marketing Touchpoint Owners to reassess and renegotiate scope of work responsibilities and proposals
  • Oversees schedule management plans and provides early warning in case of deviations hindering projects results
  • Gathers actual status data, updates project schedule, and develops reliable schedule forecasts with inputs from project team and supervision from a senior project manager
  • Stakeholders Management and Risks Management

Qualifications:


  • University degree with specialization in relevant field of study
  • Basic understanding of marketing (including brand and product management), sales and logistics requirements
  • Understanding of strategic and conceptual thinking, quick comprehension and ability to think interconnected, ability to keep overview also in stressful situations and in complex topics/environment
  • Good analytical skills as well as systematic and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability and spirit
  • Previous experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in project management
  • Microsoft Project or similar project management software good knowledge
  • English is a must, German is a plus
