Job Description Summary:
The Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager will collaborate with WWIPD leadership and other key roles within Global Marketing, Global Finance, Product Life Cycle Management, end to end Supply Chain and Regional Supply Chains to establish and then lead these functions through the standard execution of a global IBP process for WWIPD business.
The global IBP process is a key enabler to ensure success of the business in delivering its key objectives both short and long term.

The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of life-saving medical devices and diagnostics tests, high-tech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world.

The Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager will collaborate with WWIPD leadership and other key roles within Global Marketing, Global Finance, Product Life Cycle Management, end to end Supply Chain and Regional Supply Chains to establish and then lead these functions through the standard execution of a global IBP process for WWIPD business.
The global IBP process is a key enabler to ensure success of the business in delivering its key objectives both short and long term.
-Main responsibilities will include:

Strategic Initiatives:Participate and lead parts of strategic optimization of portfolio working with other functions like sales and marketing, finance, supply planning etc. Long Term Demand-Capacity Roadmap.

Execution of IBP Process:Responsible for ensuring smooth execution of monthly IBP cycle working with cross functional partners
- Facilitate
Monthly Global New Activities Review meeting with operations, marketing, procurement, planning, project or program managers - Facilitate
Monthly Sub-BU level Demand Review to broaden visibility of supply chain forecast with business leaders and ensure alignment with outliers and ensure key observations are communicated to regional and global supply chain - Track and ensure Supply Chain Managers and/or Planners are hosting
Supply Reviews with their sources of supply. Ensure that outcome of supply reviews is communicated to regions. - Facilitate
Monthly Financial Reconciliation to enable finance to ensure alignment between business and supply chain forecast, discuss and align on trade off decision and agree on decisions to be escalated - Prepare content for monthly
Management Business Review: - Track and ensure that a monthly
Regional Demand-Supply Reconciliation meeting happens between global supply chain and regional supply chain and key discussion points are captured and communicated to relevant partners
Act as a single point of contact to work with regions to drive improvements on forecast accuracy for WWIPD Business.
Work with Business Unit leaders to determine if supply chain plan should be disconnected from the sales plan to create upside flexibility and document assumptions made.
-Continuous Improvement:Formulate and implement the long-term vision to mature the IBP Process Lead continuous improvement initiatives of WWIPD IBP process Educate and train partners across functions to engage them on key expectations Develop new and/or improved tools to ensure timely measurement, reporting, and access to Product Supply status to all cross functional partners Drive Supply Chain Segmentation approach and ensure there is regular refresh of Segmentation models to adjust to changing market dynamics

About you
- University management degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field. Any formal training or certification around Sales and Operations Planning will be an added advantage.
