- Professionally and efficiently provide IT support to users in Europe and on remote sites (Africa, Asia)
- Provide technical support for all of the Group's IT products and services
- Participate in the administration of Group networks and IT systems (servers, firewalls, wireless systems, electrical equipment, infrastructures)
- Ensure the management of the IT assets of the subsidiaries, in collaboration with local teams
- Participate in the administration of the central infrastructure in Switzerland (VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, Citrix, MSSQL, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Avaya, etc.)
- Ensure the management of various IT infrastructure projects in Europe and Africa
- Windows Server and Windows OS all versions
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS
- MS Windows domains of any size
