Summary

This position is responsible for the artwork verification for text content and technical aspects, good to print review and associated cGMP documents, working in close collaboration with the Artwork Designer, Regulatory market(s), packaging site (internal or CMOs) and print vendors.

This position is responsible for the definition and preparation and/or modification of artwork and the associated packaging design working in close collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs affiliate and the Manufacturer Site (Celgene or non-Celgene).

Skills/Knowledge Required

Advanced professional certificate in Graphical Industry profession (eg CFC)
ISO 15930 Standard certification
Minimum of 5 years in artwork and packaging design
Good artwork preparation and modification skills
Good knowledge of the packaging design and development processes
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphical design software
Good knowledge of the most common MS Office software
Fluent in French and English
Organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Good team player
Advanced professional certificate in Graphical Industry profession (ie. CFC)
Minimum of 3 years in artwork and labeling
Good knowledge of GlobalVision software
Good knowledge of the packaging design
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphical design software
Good knowledge of the most common MS Office software
Fluent in French and English

Duties and Responsibilities

Proofreading between the Regulatory text and the artwork provided by the Artwork Designer
Technical verification of the Artwork according to the packaging site (internal or CMOs) and/or according to the printer suppliers.
Deployment of an approved Artwork to the packaging site (internal or CMOs) and/or to the printer suppliers.
Review and approve the good to print provided by the print vendor or by a CMO
Review and complete the associated cGMP documents
Partnership and support to Artwork Designer, packaging site (internal or CMOs) and Regulatory market(s)
