Job Description Your mission**As Head of Facility Management Switzerland you will lead a team of 8-10 employees and will be responsible for our offices in Switzerland (Zurich, Bioggio and Geneva) with more than 25,000 sqm of office space. You will be in charge to provide a productive, safe, healthy and well-maintained 'world of work' for Avaloq. You will be part of Real Estate division, which reports into the Operations business area.

Qualifications What you need**- At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate sector leading a team

Bachelor's degree in facility management, real estate, business administration, and/or similar
Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial, proactive, customer service based mindset
Ability to work independently and under high pressure as well as in a demanding and dynamic international environment.
Excellent communication skills to establish effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Participated in and/or managed workplace health and safety as well as evacuation procedures and initiatives
Experience in financial planning and cost management
Fluency in German, advanced in English. Italian would be a plus
