- Telefonische und schriftliche Auskunft in Englisch und Deutsch gegenüber Kunden bezüglich Marktusanzen in über 50 Ländern (inkl. Schweiz, USA, Luxemburg, UK und Belgien) und Wertschriftentransfers
- Telefonische und schriftliche Interaktion mit internen und externen Schnittstellen wie Network Management, Position Management, Client Relation Manager, Corporate Actions, Entitlement, Valoren- und Kundenstammdaten, Reconciliation, Depotstellen in mehreren Ländern, International Central Securities Depositories (ICSDs) und Central Securities Depositories (CSDs)
- Optimierung von Abwicklungsabläufen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Team Collaboration Side
- Sicherstellen der Tagfertigkeit und Überwachen von Pendenzen
