- Curare il processo di preventivazione, verificare la fattibilità tecnica ed ingegnerizzazione dei processi produttivi;
- Garantire il rispetto delle specifiche tecnico/costruttive richieste dal cliente;
- Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e di quanto concordato per l'ingegnerizzazione del processo produttivo di tutti gli articoli di prima produzione;
- Gestire non conformità o reclami dei clienti durante Ia fase di ingegnerizzazione;
- Occuparsi dello sviluppo di modifiche e apportare le conseguenti variazioni sulla documentazione tecnica del prodotto;
- Interfacciarsi con i fornitori in modo diretto o tramite I 'Ufficio Acquisti per definire e monitorare tutte le attività legate all'approvvigionamento di materiale in outsourcing (proprietà tecniche, costi, tempi, certificazioni, problematiche o non conformità)
- Preparare i disegni per definire il prodotto in caso di necessità durante Manufacturing e anche controllo finale.
Requisiti:
- Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni maturata nel ruolo e nel settore ferroviario;
- Esperienza su prodotti elettromeccanici ferroviari;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle letture disegni tecnici, materiali e trattamenti termici e rivestimenti;
- Conoscenza della modellazione solida con software 3D CREO (Solidworks o NX);
- Avere livello due nei processi non distruttivi (NDT);
- Conoscenza processi speciali come saldatura EB e processi di additive manufacturing;
- Conoscenza ISO 9100;
- Conoscenza di lingua Inglese (plus conoscenza della lingua Tedesca).
